Paintings from the Frits Lugt Collection are leaving their hôtel particulier and going on show to the public. At the heart of the collection are works from the Dutch Golden Age, but there will also be an opportunity to see Flemish paintings, masterpieces by Guardi and Nicolas de Largillière and paintings from the Silver Age – the eighteenth-century Dutch school – as well as some recently acquired nineteenth-century oil sketches.
